Property Rules

At Tulipán Apartments, we want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and relaxing stay. To help maintain a pleasant environment and protect our property, we kindly ask that you follow the rules below.

General Rules

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
  • Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
  • Additional visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • The maximum number of guests specified in the reservation may not be exceeded.
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests staying on the property.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the apartments and throughout the property.

Apartment Care

  • Do not move furniture outside of the apartment.
  • Do not use beds, sofas, chairs, or other furniture while wet.
  • Please do not place wet towels on beds, sofas, or upholstered furniture.
  • Please take good care of all towels, bed linens, pillows, and other items provided during your stay.
  • Any damage, loss, or stains that render an item unusable may result in repair or replacement charges.
  • Do not remove towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, electronic equipment, or decorative items from the apartment.
  • Keep doors and windows closed whenever the air conditioning is running.
  • Turn off all air conditioning units whenever you leave the apartment.
  • Improper or excessive use of the air conditioning may result in an additional $50.00 charge.
  • Do not dispose of grease, food, sanitary products, diapers, wet wipes, or other solid objects in sinks or toilets.

Parking

  • Each apartment includes one designated and clearly marked parking space.
  • Vehicles must be parked only in the assigned parking space.
  • Additional parking spaces are available only upon prior request and approval.
  • Do not block entrances, gates, walkways, or other vehicles.
  • Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside them.

Common Areas

The use of the outdoor amenities depends on the type of reservation made.

Individual Apartment Reservations (#1, #2, or #3)

When Apartment #1, #2, or #3 is reserved individually, the following amenities are shared with guests staying in the other Tulipán Apartments:

  • Swimming pool
  • Backyard/patio
  • Playground
  • Outdoor dining tables
  • Barbecue grills (when available)
  • Other shared recreational areas

We kindly ask that you enjoy these facilities with courtesy and respect so that all guests have a pleasant experience.

While using the common areas, please observe the following:

  • Use all shared areas respectfully and considerately.
  • Keep music and conversations at a reasonable volume, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
  • Do not reserve or occupy tables, chairs, or common spaces for extended periods when other guests wish to use them.
  • Toys, games, and other shared recreational items must remain in the common areas for everyone's enjoyment.
  • Do not move patio furniture to other areas of the property.
  • After using the patio or playground, please clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash in the designated outdoor bins.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Anyone using the common areas does so at their own risk.

Full House Reservation

When the property is reserved as a Full House, guests have exclusive use of all outdoor amenities, including:

  • Swimming pool
  • Backyard/patio
  • Playground
  • Outdoor dining tables
  • Barbecue grills (when available)
  • All recreational areas

Under this reservation type, the outdoor amenities are not shared with any other guests, as the entire property is reserved for one group.

Even with exclusive access, we kindly ask guests to care for the facilities, keep them clean, and use them responsibly to help preserve the property for future visitors.

Swimming Pool Rules

  • Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • The pool has an approximate depth of 44 inches (1.12 meters).
  • There is no lifeguard on duty.
  • Guests use the pool at their own risk.
  • Children must always be supervised by an adult.
  • Running, pushing, rough play, or other dangerous behavior in or around the pool is prohibited.
  • Diving and jumping from the pool edges are not permitted.
  • Glass containers are prohibited in the pool and patio areas.
  • Food and beverages are not permitted inside the pool.
  • Smoking is not permitted in or around the pool.
  • Please rinse off or remove excess sand and dirt before entering the pool.
  • Do not use the pool while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair your judgment or safety.
  • The use of electrical devices near the pool is prohibited.
  • Management reserves the right to temporarily close the pool due to maintenance, safety concerns, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Safety

  • Keep your apartment doors locked whenever you leave the unit.
  • Do not share access codes or lockbox codes with anyone who is not registered on the reservation.
  • Never leave children unattended inside the apartment, patio, playground, or pool area.
  • Candles, incense, fireworks, and any open flames are strictly prohibited.
  • In case of an emergency, call 911 immediately and then contact management through your booking platform.

Trash and Cleanliness

  • Dispose of all trash in the designated outdoor garbage bins.
  • Do not leave garbage bags in hallways, stairways, balconies, terraces, or common areas.
  • Please keep the apartment reasonably clean and organized throughout your stay.
  • Excessive cleaning resulting from garbage, stains, food waste, unusual disorder, or failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning charges.

Check-Out

Before checking out, guests are kindly asked to:

  • Check out no later than 10:00 AM.
  • Turn off all air conditioning units.
  • Dispose of all trash in the outdoor garbage bins.
  • Place all used towels in the designated laundry hamper.
  • Return the keys to their assigned lockbox.
  • Double-check the apartment for any personal belongings or electronic devices.
  • Close and secure all doors and windows before leaving.

Damages, Losses, and Additional Charges

The guest responsible for the reservation is financially responsible for any damage, loss, rule violations, or additional expenses caused by themselves, members of their group, or unauthorized visitors.

Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:

  • Damage to furniture, appliances, or property.
  • Lost keys.
  • Permanent stains or damage to towels, bed linens, or other textiles.
  • Excessive cleaning.
  • Improper use of the air conditioning.
  • Late check-out.
  • Bringing pets or unauthorized guests onto the property.
  • Smoking inside the property.
  • Hosting unauthorized parties or gatherings.

Acceptance of the Rules

By completing a reservation and staying at Tulipán Apartments, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Property Rules.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property in accordance with the booking platform's policies and applicable laws.
